BOOKING TERMS

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 to secure your booking and the balance two weeks prior to the event. Our prices include delivery and set-up. For orders under £75.00 a delivery charge may be made according to location.

Although every effort will be made to colour match ribbons and balloons exactly, we reserve the right to use alternative shades where necessary.

When ordering a set of clouds or an arch for the Top Table please ensure you inform your venue and ask them to leave an EXTRA two feet of space behind the Top Table.
